We took part in the implementation of the Montownia investment project. Our scope of works encompassed bricklaying, reinforced concrete and earthworks. Montownia (Assembly Room) is a historic structure that was once part of a former submarine engine assembly plant. The building has been restored, 114 lofts have been built here with a surface area ranging from 37 to 51 m2, alongside a catering area, all in an industrial style. Our masons have separated the individual lofts, each of which is about 5 m high. The gallery layout with an open space in the middle of the building was maintained.
