We carry out two stages of the investment. The first stage consists of three multi-family residential buildings with garage halls. The buildings have a height of five storeys, there will be apartments with an area of 30 to 77 m2, enlarged with balconies.
Kaskada Jasień II consists of three buildings - two residential and one office.
The buildings that make up the Kaskada Jasień and Kaskada Jasień II housing estates are made in mixed technology, the above-ground part is made of reinforced concrete elements and brick walls, the underground parts are made in the white bathtub technology with technical rooms and storage rooms made of silicate blocks.
